Position Overview:

As a Marketing and Sales Specialist at Bridemoon.net, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for our portfolio of digital services across Bahrain. You will join a dynamic team focused on creating and implementing innovative strategies to capture market opportunities. Your journey begins with a one-month Sales Performance Challenge, where you’ll demonstrate your marketing and sales prowess in a competitive digital services market.

Sales Performance Challenge:

The first month of this role will be a Sales Performance Challenge designed to immerse you in the unique dynamics of the GCC region’s digital services market. During this challenge, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets. Compensation during this challenge will be based on a tiered commission base ranging from 7% to 12%, depending on the total sales achieved based on different sales targets.

Challenge Details:

  • Sales Target: You will be given a specific sales target to meet during the challenge.
  • Commission: During the challenge, you will earn a competitive commission rate range of 7% to 12% on the total sales achieved.

Successful Candidates: Candidates who successfully reach or exceed the sales target during the Sales Performance Challenge will be eligible for consideration for permanent positions within the company. The basic salary and other benefits will be subject to your performance during this challenge.
